Hello, I’m Stacey Belcher, Director of Focus Child Safety. I am passionate about creating safe, inclusive, and respectful environments where every child has the opportunity to thrive.
I bring extensive experience across youth work, compliance, community services, education, and management. Through this work, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges that schools, community groups, NDIS providers, and sporting clubs face when it comes to child safety and I know that compliance alone is not enough.
At Focus Child Safety, my mission is to empower organisations to move beyond “ticking the box” and instead embed sustainable, practical systems that truly protect children.
When I’m not working, you’ll often find me walking my dog along the beach, spending time with family, or enjoying a coffee with friends.
